Our Values
Not a manifesto. Just the standards I work by — what you can expect from me, and what I’ll expect from you if we work together.
Values pages often read like corporate posters. That’s not what this is.
I didn’t write these because I was supposed to. I wrote them because, over years of working with people who are thoughtful, capable, and often quietly overwhelmed, I saw what actually makes this work effective — and what quietly derails it.
At Remembering Who I Am, these values are practical. They shape how I run sessions, how I make decisions, and how I respond when things feel stuck, emotionally charged, or unclear.
If you’re here for coaching, hypnotherapy, or quantum healing, these are the standards you can hold me to — and the expectations I’ll be clear about from the start.
What I Believe In
Four values. No fluff. If something in here doesn’t match your style, it’s useful information — better to know now.
Authenticity
I don’t perform a role in sessions, and I don’t ask you to either. The work only goes as deep as what’s real.
- You don’t need to present a polished version of yourself — honesty matters more than insight.
- I’ll name what I notice, even when it’s uncomfortable, and I expect the same level of truthfulness in return.
- We work with what’s actually happening, not what you think should be happening.
- Authenticity here means fewer stories, more direct contact with yourself.
Honesty & integrity
Clear communication, strong boundaries, and no hidden agendas.
- I won’t overpromise or imply outcomes I can’t stand behind.
- If something is outside my scope, I’ll say so — and help you find appropriate support.
- If a strategy isn’t working, we name it and change direction rather than repeating the same conversation.
- What you share is treated with care, confidentiality, and respect.
Teamwork
This isn’t something I “do” to you. It’s collaborative — and it only works when you’re engaged in the process.
- I bring skill, attention, and a clear read on patterns. You bring honesty and lived experience.
- You’re always encouraged to say what’s working and what isn’t — feedback is part of the work, not a disruption.
- No games. No guessing. If something feels off, we address it directly rather than working around it.
- Progress comes from shared responsibility, not from being led or rescued.
Adaptability (based on your needs)
I don’t run a one-size process. The work has a structure — but you’re not forced into a template.
- We work at the pace your system can actually hold, not the pace your mind wants to push.
- Some people want a direct, methodical approach. Others need space to explore before moving forward. Both are valid.
- Accountability is calibrated — not imposed. What support is useful can change as you change.
- If something feels like it’s no longer serving you, we name it and adapt — rather than pushing through out of habit.
Quality & excellence
Not perfection. Professional standards, preparation, and real attention.
- I come prepared and present — not rushed, distracted, or running a script.
- I continue to refine my skills because the work deserves that level of care.
- Sessions are shaped around you, not copied from a framework or program.
- Quality means depth, clarity, and follow‑through — not intensity for its own sake.
