How to Work With Me
No pressure. No performance. Just a clear process so you know exactly what to expect — and can decide whether this work is right for you.
Reaching out for support can feel like a significant decision — especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. I keep the process clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect and can decide whether this work is right for you.
Here’s how working together typically unfolds, from first contact through to ongoing sessions.
Step 1: Reach out
You can get in touch in whatever way suits you — phone (+61 425 320 962), email (support@rememberingwhoiam.com), or the contact form here.
There’s no commitment at this stage. This is simply an opportunity to ask questions, check availability, and get a sense of whether my approach aligns with what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Free Clarity Call
If it feels appropriate, we’ll book a Clarity Call (around 30–45 minutes). This is not a sales call — it’s a grounded, practical conversation.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’ve already tried, and what feels stuck or unresolved. I’ll explain how my work — coaching, hypnotherapy, or quantum-based approaches — may support you, and I’ll be upfront if I don’t believe I’m the right person for you.
No pressure. No promises. Just an honest conversation about next steps.
Step 3: Book your first session
If we both agree the work makes sense, we’ll book your first session in at a mutually agreeable time.
There’s no one-size-fits-all structure. We’ll agree on session frequency, and how structured or open the sessions need to be, based on what will actually be useful for you.
Step 5: Ongoing support
Some people work with me for a short period to focus on a specific issue. Others choose longer-term support as deeper patterns shift and new questions emerge.
We’ll check in regularly about what’s working and what isn’t. The work evolves as you do — without dragging things out or keeping you longer than necessary.
Confidentiality & boundaries
Everything we discuss is confidential. I work with clear professional boundaries so the space stays focused, respectful, and effective.
Honesty, integrity, and direct communication are central to how I work — not as ideals, but as practical foundations for real change.
