At Remembering Who I Am, I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My goal is to make this process feel clear, safe, and respectful of where you’re at. Here’s what you can expect when you choose to work with us — from your first enquiry through to your ongoing sessions.

There’s no pressure or obligation — this is simply a space to ask questions and see if this feels like the right fit for you.
🌿 Step 2: Discovery Call
We’ll arrange a short, friendly chat (usually 30-45 minutes) where we talk about what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping to explore or shift. I’ll explain how my services — whether that’s life coaching, hypnotherapy, or quantum healing — might support you, and you’ll have a chance to ask me anything.
I’m honest about what I can help with, and I’ll always let you know if I believe a different type of support might be better for you. No hidden agendas, no empty promises — just a genuine, open conversation.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll find a session time and format that works for you. I offer flexible options: in person, online via zoom, or by phone. Sessions are individually tailored — there’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. We’ll agree on what you need in terms of session length, frequency, and level of structure or flow.

You don’t need to have the “right” words or be fully ready. Just come as you are — curious, nervous, hopeful, or even sceptical. That’s okay. I’m here to hold the space, listen deeply, and guide you with honesty and care.
Together, we’ll set clear goals (if that feels right for you) and explore at your pace. Our work is shaped by our values — flexibility, teamwork, honesty, and quality — so you feel supported every step of the way.

The modalities I offer (coaching, quantum healing and hypnotherapy) are living processes — your needs might shift over time, and that’s normal. We’ll check in regularly about what’s working and what might need to change.
Some people work with me for just a few sessions to focus on something specific; others choose longer-term support. There’s no right or wrong way — it’s about what’s best for you.
