How do I know if coaching is the right fit for me?

If you’re clear that something needs to change — even if you can’t fully name it yet — coaching is a strong fit. The Clarity Call is where we test that properly: what’s happening, what you want, and whether coaching is the right next step (or whether another approach will serve you better).

Sessions can be scheduled as needed based on what you’re going through and how fast or slowly you wish to work.  Some people start with a number of sessions scheduled a week apart and then space them out for the remainder of their program, others prefer fortnightly for the duration.  We’ll agree on a rhythm that’s realistic for you — not aspirational.

Session duration is maximum 50 minutes.

Both — and the balance depends on what’s actually driving the issue. We use practical structure and decision-making, and we also work with the underlying patterns that keep you snapping back. The point isn’t “more depth” for its own sake. The point is change you can keep.
