About Remembering Who I Am

Reconnecting You to the Wisdom Within

At some point, many of us find ourselves asking: Who am I, really? Not the version shaped by expectations, roles, or responsibilities—but the real version underneath it all.

Remembering Who I Am exists to help you reconnect with that version.

This isn’t just a name—it’s an experience. An invitation to return to your truth. Through hypnotherapy, life coaching, and quantum healing, I support people who are ready to feel more like themselves again—free from pressure, judgment, or pretense.

Life can feel like a performance sometimes. We’re taught to tick boxes, meet expectations, and keep going—even when it feels like we’ve lost touch with our own inner compass. That’s where I come in – I help clients uncover what’s been buried beneath the surface and realign with the truth of who they are.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, a sense of disconnect, or moving through a deeper spiritual awakening—whether you’re feeling stuck, questioning everything, or simply craving more ease and clarity—this is a place where you can pause, breathe, and begin to listen to yourself again, without judgment, pressure, or pretense.

My Story

I’m Sharon, and Remembering Who I Am is not just the name of my practice—it’s the path I’ve walked myself.

For years, I did what many of us do. I tried to be the person others expected me to be, I kept busy, I kept it together. But inside, something felt off. couldn’t quite name it, but I knew I was out of alignment with myself.

That knowing led me to my own healing journey, where I explored practices like hypnotherapy, life coaching, and later, quantum healing. Over time, I didn’t just feel better—I felt more like me. That’s what Remembering Who I Am is really about.

Now I share this space with others who are ready to explore, and reconnect with who they truly are beneath all the noise.

About Sharon Burnett of Remembering Who I Am

The Human Behind the Healing

Outside of holding space for others, I’m just a normal human who finds joy in the simple (and often silly) moments of life.  I love to laugh. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I don’t think life always has to be heavy to be meaningful. One of the most important things I’ve learned over the years is to embrace my quirks and have fun along the way.

I share this because I know how vulnerable it is to open up to someone. If we work together, I want you to know you’ll be held by a real person—flaws, quirks, dog hair and all.

Water is my happy place. If there’s water nearby, you’ll probably find me grinning and barefoot, maybe considering a swim if I accidentally fall in fully clothed (true story).

Remembering Who I Am - Favorite Books

My fave book series is Harry Potter.  I really enjoyed these books and I’ve read them many times since their original release.  Still sad about Dobby, though, if we’re being honest!

Chocolate, anyone?  I genuinely think it should be a food group all of it’s own.  Give me a piece of 90% pure dark chocolate and we’re friends forever!

What I Offer

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet effective way to work with the subconscious mind—the part of you that holds deep-seated patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses. Through relaxation and guided inner exploration, hypnotherapy can help shift old stories, release unhelpful habits, and create new pathways forward.

People often come to hypnotherapy to ease anxiety, build self-confidence, let go of fears, or move through emotional blocks. It’s a natural, respectful approach that honours your autonomy and inner wisdom.  Read more here

Quantum Healing

Quantum healing invites us into a deeper realm of inner work. These sessions often involve altered states of consciousness that help you access higher guidance, soul memories, or spiritual insights that can shift how you see yourself and your life. Clients often describe these sessions as calming, expansive, and unexpectedly profound.

It’s less about technique, more about surrender. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for—just an openness to what may be revealed.

Life Coaching

Coaching at Remembering Who I Am is not about pushing or fixing. It’s about creating space to ask meaningful questions, explore what matters, and move forward with more clarity and intention. I offer reflective, empathic coaching for those navigating transitions, uncertainty, or personal growth.

Whether you’re moving through a life change or simply craving more alignment, coaching can help you stay grounded in your own truth as you navigate what’s next.  Learn more about Life Coaching here.

A Real —but Committed Approach

At Remembering Who I Am, I’m not here to fix you or dig endlessly into the past. My focus is on where you are now—and helping you move forward with clarity, honesty, and real change.

This space is calm, supportive, and respectful, but it does require something from you too. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be open to looking within and ready to do the work. Real growth takes commitment.

You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for, but this isn’t just a space to vent and stay stuck. If you’re showing up with a genuine willingness to explore what’s next for you, I’ll meet you there and walk alongside you—at your pace, but with intention.

There’s no quick fix here. But there is real support for people who are ready to take an honest step forward.

Who I work with

The people who come to Remembering Who I Am are usually at a point where something in life just isn’t sitting right anymore. They’re thoughtful, open-minded, and often quietly aware that something needs to shift—even if they can’t yet name exactly what that is.

You don’t have to be spiritual, self-aware, or have everything worked out. But this work does ask that you’re willing to show up and be honest with yourself. If you’re feeling stuck, off-track, or ready to stop going in circles, you’re probably in the right place.

This space is here for people who are ready to make meaningful change—not overnight, but steadily and with support. You don’t have to do it alone, but you do have to be ready to take that first real step.

Why "Remembering Who I Am"?

Because I believe you’re not broken—and you don’t need to be someone else to feel better.

The answers you’re looking for aren’t out there somewhere—they’re already within you. Sometimes they’ve just been buried under years of pressure, expectation, or distraction.

The work I do is about helping you reconnect with what’s already there: your values, your clarity, your voice. Remembering Who I Am is about coming back to yourself, and finding a way to live that actually feels like you.
