Reconnecting You to the Wisdom Within

A grounded approach to inner work that helps you reconnect with who you truly are.

Who I am and how i work

Remembering Who I Am supports people who feel disconnected from themselves beneath roles, expectations, and pressure.

This work isn’t about fixing you or becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to what’s already there — beneath the noise, the coping patterns, and the identities you’ve had to carry.

Through hypnotherapy and quantum-informed inner work, I support people who are ready to reconnect with themselves clearly, safely, and at depth — in a way that respects where they actually are.

Often, people arrive when insight alone isn’t enough anymore. They’ve reflected, processed, and understood — yet something deeper still feels unresolved.
That’s where this work meets you: beneath story and strategy, at the level where real change begins.

My Story

I’m Sharon Burnett, and Remembering Who I Am isn’t just the name of my practice — it’s the path that reshaped my life.

For many years, I built a successful corporate career. On the outside, everything looked solid: senior leadership roles, significant responsibility, and a reputation for being capable and dependable. Inside, though, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.

I ignored that feeling for a long time — until I couldn’t.

What followed was the realisation that the life I had built no longer reflected who I was. I was completely misaligned.

That realisation led me into deeper personal work, where I discovered something I hadn’t been able to access through logic or effort alone: a way of listening beneath the surface. A way of working with the subconscious, the nervous system, and the deeper organising patterns that shape how we experience life.

Over time, I trained in hypnotherapy and quantum-based approaches — to meet reality more honestly. This work helped me rebuild my life from the inside out, with clarity, integrity, and self-trust.

Remembering Who I Am grew from that experience.

My Background and Qualifications

My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and spent many years in senior corporate leadership, which gives me a practical understanding of responsibility, pressure, and high-functioning burnout.

Alongside this, I am formally trained in:

    • Eriksonian Hypnotherapy
    • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
    • Coaching and consciousness-based facilitation
    • Quantum-informed healing approaches

I am also a Practitioner Member of IEHA, and I continue to deepen my work through ongoing education and personal practice.

This combination allows me to work comfortably with people who are thoughtful, capable, and discerning — including those who may be cautious about anything that feels ungrounded or overly “woo.”

A Real — and Committed — Approach

This work is not about bypassing your life, your history, or your responsibilities.

And it’s not about forcing change through mindset, effort, or endless self-analysis.

What we work with instead is the deeper structure organising your experience — the subconscious patterns, energetic imprints, and internal narratives that keep repeating until they’re acknowledged and released.

This approach is respectful, but it is not passive.
It’s spacious, but it is also precise.

I work best with people who are ready to be honest with themselves, even when that honesty feels uncomfortable. You don’t need to have all the answers — but you do need a willingness to slow down, listen, and engage.

This is not surface-level personal development.
It’s a grounded, supportive way of meeting what’s underneath.

What this work is (and isn’t)

    • Not a quick fix, performance, or bypass.
    • Not endless talking in circles.
    • Yes to deep clarity, nervous-system respect, and lasting shifts.
    • Yes to grounded spirituality without the fluff.

Who I Work With

Remembering Who I Am is especially suited to people who:

Feel disconnected from themselves despite doing “all the right work”

Are tired of over-functioning, over-thinking, or holding everything together

Sense that their patterns don’t start at the surface level

Are curious about deeper inner work and want it handled with care and competence

Are ready for clarity, not quick fixes

You don’t need to be spiritual, but you do need to be open.

You don’t need to be broken — in fact, most people who arrive here aren’t.

This work is about remembering what you already carry.

Why “Remembering Who I Am”?

Because real change doesn’t come from becoming someone else.

It comes from releasing what no longer fits — and reconnecting with what’s true.

This work supports you to come back into relationship with yourself: your values, your inner clarity, and your capacity to choose from a place that feels honest and grounded.

Nothing is imposed. The pace follows the work.
